These include an assortment of video games, golf putting, badminton, beach volleyball and regulation horseshoe and bocce ball courts, all lighted for night time use. Our large heated pool is for your swimming and sunbathing pleasure. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the breathtaking scenery, ships from all parts of the world and gorgeous sunsets. Fishing is generally excellent with perch, bass and pike abounding.  Clayton NY and the 1000 Islands Region are well known for its world class fishing. We have newly constructed protected dockage for 17 boats, and a 150' fishing pier.

Our newly remodeled motel features rooms with one or two queen beds and private baths with showers or shower/tub combinations. Our large multi-bedroom cottages have a full kitchen with roomy accommodations for 5 or more people. The one bedroom cottages are suited for up to 4 people. Depending on which cottage you choose, you will have either a screened, or glassed/screened porch or a railed deck in addition to a gas grill, picnic table, and lawn furniture. Each cottage is privately situated with a spectacular view of the beautiful St. Lawrence River.
