Motel has Special Holiday rates for Memorial Day, The 4th of July, and Antique Boat Show, and Labor Day. (Also, there is a three-day minimum.)
Weekends starting June 7th through September 21st, 2024, have a two-night minimum.

Policies
MOTEL Cancellation (Motel Rooms are #1-12): – All motel reservations have a 7 day cancellation. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival and we CANNOT re-rent your room for the nights of your stay, you will be charged for a minimum of one night. ABSOLUTELY NO refunds for early departure..
**Holidays and special events weekends may be subjected to a 3 night minimum at higher pricing.

COTTAGE CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY
Cottage Reservations made AFTER 2/28/2024 50% deposit is due within 10 days of making the reservation. If deposit is not received within that time frame your reservation will be canceled. All cottage reservations made after March 1, 2024 are non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the entire stay. If we do re-rent your entire cottage stay you will receive your deposit back less a 10% re-booking fee. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for early departure. Covid 19 will not change our deposit policy. PAYMENTS MADE WITH A CREDIT CARD WILL HAVE A 3% CONVENIENCE FEE ADDED. Cash and check – no fee.
