Clayton , NY and the 1000 Islands region are well known for its world class fishing with bass, pike and perch abounding. Our protected and powered deep water docks are available for your boat and we feature an extensive fishing pier for shore fishing.

OUR MOTEL

Our newly remodeled motel features rooms with one or two queen beds, recliners and private baths with showers or shower/tub combinations. Each room has electric heat, air conditioning, and free in-room WiFi and cable/HBO.

The spacious two queen bed rooms will be perfect accommodations for your family while the one queen bed rooms suits a couple to a tee! Our conveniently located courtesy room includes free coffee, tea and ice and is equipped with a microwave, as well as information on area attractions and local restaurants.

Located directly across from the motel is the screened and powered gazebo with gas grills and tables and is conveniently available for all of our motel guests. Of course our on site staff is available 24/7 to provide friendly concierge like service for your every need.

HOUSEKEEPING COTTAGE RENTALS

Our modern well appointed one and two bedroom cottages are spacious, fully furnished with linens, have well equipped kitchens- including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc. and each unit features an expansive glass/screened porch with a view of of the River and our spacious grounds. Each cottage has a nice sized living area furnished with cable/HBO and WiFi.

All cottages are centrally heated for those cooler spring and fall nights and the one bedroom cottages are air conditioned. Bedrooms have queen, double or twins (which can be made into a king) with quality mattresses to assure your sleeping comfort. And the baths are either shower or shower/tub combinations.

The large two bedroom cottages will accommodate 5 or more people and the one bedroom units are suited for up to 4. Outside furniture for each cottage includes gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack style chairs.

WATERFRONT COTTAGE RENTALS

Our expansive multi-bedroom waterfront cottages are deluxe in every way with each offering a fantastic panorama of the St Lawrence River. Cottages #19 & #20 feature a cathedral ceiling and a gas fireplace for that special ambiance on cool spring and fall nights.

Our 3 cottage riverfront structure is literally feet from the River's edge! All three floors are reached by stairs. The Top floor is a two bedroom plus loft cottage with gas fireplace and an expansive covered deck offering a stunning 180 degree elevated view of the St Lawrence. The Middle floor cottage has a similar view from its glass/screened porch that extends across the entire front of the cottage. This is a two bedroom unit with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Lower floor, at River's edge, is a one bedroom air conditioned cottage with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The ambiance of the waves lapping on the shore is uniquely special, making for a very memorable lodging experience.

Of course, all of our cottages have free cable/HBO and WiFi and most importantly, on site 24/7 staff to provide courteous service for your every need.
